Rob Vision (aka Dobbs) ability as a DJ, mixing up Breakbeat, Progressive and Balearica has led to residencies at both Back To Basics in the early nineties, and Up Yer Ronson during Sasha's 12 Nights Of Summer residency.

Over the last 10 years Rob has guested at venues such as like Bugged Out, Progress, Elements, The Zap, Nottinhill Carnival, Audio Deluxe, Junktion and QOOL in San Fracisco.

He has also played extensively throughout Europe while promoting and playing at many underground progressive and breaks nights in the UK. Dobbs also ran the Banter Club alongside Jonathan Lisle.

Rob is the head of Inspace Records, set up to release his own productions along with similar Breaks/ Tech House /Progressive/Balearic producers. The first release 'SKYDECK' by DOBBS did extremely well with many big names supporting it. Some of the comments included Adam Freeland who loved the skydeck track supporting its nice deep breaks, Cass says that Dobbs single Skydeck was "One of The tunes of the year", while the track also opened shows for both Jon Digweed and Mary Anne HObbs on Radio 1 and Kiss 100. Jerry Bonham declaired it to be a fantasitic peice of music while Nick Warren proclaimed to play it in everyone of his sets.

Rob is also the owner of Vision Promotions and Vision DJ agency. Vision Promote many big labels and realeases including people like Global Underground, Yoshi Toshi and Unkle while the DJ agency look after many top international Djs.

Rob produces under various names including Dobbs, The Escapist and Rob Vision. As a producer Rob is causing quite a stir on the Breaks and Progressive scene with his music being supported by DJs as Diverse as Groove Armada, Rennie Pilgrem, Anthony Pappa and Steve Lawler. He has had great succees with many of his remixes, album mixes and solo productions.
